Privacy Policy

When you submit an inquiry — either through the inquiry flow or the contact details on this site — we collect the information you choose to give us. That is your name and email address (both required), and optionally your phone number, along with the answers you provide: the type of event, its date, its location, guest count, what florals you're after, the mood you're going for, your budget range, and any notes you add.

If you attach inspiration photos, the file names and sizes are recorded with your inquiry. The image files themselves are not currently uploaded to or stored on our servers.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card details or any other financial or sensitive personal information through this site.

Only to respond to you and to plan the work you're asking about. We use your inquiry to prepare a proposal, to answer your questions, and to keep track of the conversation.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.

Inquiries are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Neon) and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf as service providers, under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be stored on servers in the United States.

Your inquiry is kept for as long as we may need it to serve you or to keep a record of past work. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

While you're filling in the inquiry flow, your answers are kept in your own browser's session storage so you don't lose your place if you navigate away. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you submit or close the tab.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit. It measures traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it — there's no form to fill in.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We'll honor those requests regardless of where you're writing from.

This site is meant for adults planning weddings, events, and flower deliveries. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
